Operational Plan 2026
With the conclusion of the 2023–2025 Strategic Plan, Our Lady of Lourdes will enter a year of discernment in 2026. This discernment year will be a purposeful time of listening, reflection and dialogue, marked by broad consultation with staff, students and families. Guided by the School Effectiveness Strategy, the school will engage in an action-learning process that makes culture and collective behaviours visible, examines current reality and discerns the future direction of the school. While this important work of co-creation takes place, Our Lady of Lourdes will continue to implement its 2026 Operational Plan, ensuring continuity in learning, wellbeing and spiritual growth for every student. The insights gained throughout the discernment year will inform the development of the school’s next Strategic Plan, grounded in shared ownership, evidence-informed practice and a clear focus on sustained improvement.
